Dr. Matt Fenstermaker earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2011, after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University. He has worked primarily in the outpatient settings in both Seattle and Spokane with extensive experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pain management and relief interventions.

Dr. Fenstermaker’s treatment philosophy blends manual therapy, functional exercise, and patient education to assist with optimization of patient outcomes. During his 14 years of clinical work, he has taken extensive coursework in manual therapy, including courses in spinal and joint mobilization and is certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT). Additionally, he has completed certifications in ASTYM, is Level 1 certified through the Titleist Performance Institute, and has completed coursework in Essential Foundations in Modern Management of the Older Adult.

Outside of work, Dr. Fenstermaker enjoys reading, watching anything and everything related to sports, and travelling. He, along with his wife and daughter, live in Greenacres with their two dachshunds, and are currently working on visiting all the national parks in the western United States.

Dr. Jacob Weller is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 7 years of experience. Dr. Weller earned his degree from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, in 2019. He brings extensive clinical experience in orthopedics, balance impairments, vertigo treatment, post-concussion and headache management, and chronic pain relief interventions.

In addition to traditional physical therapy methods, Dr. Weller is certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT), a treatment designed to alleviate acute and chronic muscle pain and tension, among other benefits.
